Shelley Mcnamara (Grafton Architects)
Grafton Architects was established in 1978. Yvonne Farrell and Shelley McNamara not only direct the studio, but also taught at the Dublin University School of Architecture from 1976 to 2002. They are currently visiting professors at the Mendrisio Academy of Architecture, and have also held prestigious positions at Harvard and Yale. Their projects have been exhibited at New York's MOMA, and this year they will be participating at the Venice Architecture Biennial with their project for the University of Lima. They were recently selected to design a new building for the London School of Economics and Political Science.
