Notice to Cersaie Stakeholders
We wish to inform you that on 26 March 2021, the operational headquarters of Cersaie in Bologna suffered a cyber-attack resulting in a data breach on a company server. The attack did not affect the other sites in Sassuolo and Rome of Edi.Cer. spa, the Confindustria Ceramica owned company, which controls Cersaie.
We duly reported the attack to the competent authorities and notified the Italian Data Protection Authority.
We wish to inform all our Stakeholders that we immediately took all possible technical and organisational steps to mitigate the adverse consequences of the data breach with the support of specialist IT security and data protection consultants.
However, we would ask you to exercise the utmost caution with regard to any electronic or other communications you may receive in the near future in the name of Edi.Cer. and/or Cersaie. For all necessary information, please visit our website www.cersaie.it, which has not been affected by the cyber-attack and remains fully secure and functional. Likewise, as always throughout these 40 years of activity of Cersaie, our entire operational and commercial organisation is at your complete disposal. To offer support in connection with the data breach, we have also set up a dedicated e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org
We sincerely regret this incident, in which we find ourselves in the position of victims of a criminal act. While taking action to mitigate risks and restore the systems to full functionality, we are also conducting a full legal and technical investigation into the incident. If further significant details should emerge, we will announce them at the appropriate time and in the appropriate manner.
In this difficult year, we would also like to assure you of our constant commitment to ensuring that the next edition of Cersaie, to be held in Bologna from 27 September to 1 October, will be able to make an important contribution to the social and economic recovery of our communities.
The International Exhibition of Ceramic Tile and Bathroom Furnishings awaits you in Bologna
For 37 years Cersaie has been the beating heart of the world of the ceramic industry and bathroom furnishings and, aware of the responsibilities we have towards our exhibitors and visitors, we are working to create a new, more engaging, safe and inclusive exhibition format, where leading companies in the field of surfaces, bathroom furnishings, design and architecture will meet in an unrilvaled commercial hub, where you can start doing business again.
Open to Evolution
A new concept of “OPEN” for Cersaie 2021: a cube, the distinctive graphic element of the Cersaie logo, opening up into three-dimensional modules to generate a multitude of pixels that represent new possibilities and scenarios.
A new image to signify the desire to embrace new stimuli and develop them into fresh opportunities.
From design to finishings
The innovative Contract Hall (Hall 18) will host a selection of brands complementing the product categories traditionally present at Cersaie.
Kitchens, interior and exterior finishings, lighting and home automation, outdoor design and wellness technologies are the new Cersaie exhibition sections created to facilitate the meeting between supply and demand in the world of international contract design.
Archincont(r)act, located in the centre of the Contract Hall, will be a space devoted to some of the most prestigious international architecture firms.
Milleluci awarded with the Honourable Mention of the Compasso d'Oro Award
The XXVI edition of the Compasso d'Oro awarded with the Honourable Mention the "Milleluci - Italian Style Concept" exhibit, designed by Angelo Dall'Aglio and Davide Vercelli.
The award is a recognition of great value that attests the primary role of Cersaie in the world of design.
The ADI award is a great recognition that we want to share with the companies that participated in the exhibit as thanks to their contribution it was possible to design the project solution for Milleluci.
