The system consists of three elements: PRODESO®, HEAT GRIP 8 MEMBRANE, PRODESO® HEAT GRIP 8 CABLE and PRODESO® HEAT GRIP 8 THERMOSTAT KIT. The polyethylene membrane, with uncoupling, waterproofing and vapour management features, has a thickness of only 8.5 mm and is provided below with a non-woven heat-sealed fabric of polypropylene that ensures the attachment to the support. The new geometry of the membrane, in addition to ensuring a perfect anchoring of the heating cable, ensures a very high tear resistance. The latest generation cables consist of electrical resistances, 60 cm long, in series.
