the exhibition and event
The Sound of Design, Cersaie’s fifth collective B2B exhibition is a transversal, multiproducts and with an added high value event entirely dedicated to the Italian Style excellence.
This year event is inspired by the music: in particular, we would like to show how music and design can overcome the time.
the concept
One of the most prolific period concerning music and lifestyle goes from 1976 to 1983.
The coexistence of new growing genres of music, styles and creativities so different from each other (disco music, electro, synt, punk, ska, rock, hard rock, metal, progressive, reggae, pop, new wave, rap, hip-hop) made these years an endless source from which we all can fully draw.

The object of the competition, sponsored by the Order of PPC Architects of the Province of Udine and ADI (Industrial Design Association) - Friuli Venezia Giulia Delegation, is a Piasentina stone artefact - a piece of furniture or a covering - for the bathroom or Wellness area, indoor or outdoor.

Angelo Dall'Aglio born in Bologna in 1969, he graduated in architecture - industrial and interior design at the Politecnico of Milan; from 2015 he is a manager at Promos srl, the Cersaie show management
Davide Vercelli born in Varallo (Vc) in 1966, he graduated in engineering at the Politecnico of Turin; designer and art director, he received two mentions for the Compasso d'oro and fancy international awards:Design Plus, the International Design Awards and the Good Design Award www.davidevercelli.it
