In this venue, professionals will have the opportunity to attend dedicated conferences on relevant and topical issues in the world of engineering and design. The 4 meetings will take place on Tuesday 24th and Wednesday 25th September and are aimed at providing updates, insights and inspiration, as well as stimulating new ideas.

There will also be moments to enjoy food and wine. We have set up three dedicated areas where you can try different culinary experiences and enjoy moments of relaxation and conviviality, where you can network and exchange ideas in an informal setting.

Regulations - Take a selfie at Cersaie!
Edi.Cer. S.p.a., the organiser of Cersaie, invites you to participate in the Instagram repost initiative #welikecersaie24
How does it work?
Visitors and exhibitors are invited to take a selfie at Cersaie and post it on their Instagram profiles with the hashtag #welikecersaie24 and the profile tag @Cersaie.
The Organiser, at its sole discretion and in full compliance with the General Conditions of Participation in Cersaie, will select some of the published photos for display on the LED wall located in the Cersaie Upstairs area between Galleries 21-22 and 25-26.
At the end of each day of the Exhibition, the Organiser will share some of the photos displayed on the LED wall on its Instagram profile @Cersaie. The photos will be selected according to the number of likes they receive by 7.00 p.m. on the day of their publication, subject to the author’s consent and at the Organiser’s full discretion.
The authors of photos displayed on the LED wall and photos reposted on the Cersaie Instagram profile will be credited with an @ tag.
Purpose and period
The selected photos will be displayed on the LED wall in the Bologna Exhibition Centre during the exhibition (23-27 September 2024) and published on Cersaie’s Instagram profile.
Requirements for participation
All visitors and exhibitors with public Instagram profiles can publish photos for display on the LED wall.
The photos must be taken in full compliance with the General Conditions of Participation in Cersaie and any other specific requirements of individual Exhibitors.
By publishing a photo with the hashtag #welikecersaie24, the author of the photo expressly authorises their photo to be displayed on the LED wall.
Only photos taken by visitors will be shared on the @Cersaie Instagram profile. Photos will be chosen according to the number of likes they receive on the day of publication, at the Organiser’s discretion and in accordance with the General Conditions of Participation in Cersaie.
Before republishing a photo on Cersaie’s Instagram profile, the Organiser will contact the author to obtain consent via Instagram chat on the official @Cersaie profile.
Non-remuneration
Participation is free of charge and not remunerated.
The authors of the photos selected for display on the LED wall or for resharing will not receive any financial compensation. By participating in the event, the author grants the Organiser the right to display and share their photos free of charge, under the terms and conditions set out below.
Responsibilities and obligations
By participating in this initiative, the authors of the photos declare the following:
1. that they have read and accepted and undertake to fully comply with these regulations, as well as with the General Conditions of Participation in Cersaie and with any other requirements of individual Exhibitors;
2. that they are the authors of the photos taken and are solely responsible for them;
3. that the photos do not infringe the rights of third parties, do not contain obscene, violent, offensive or defamatory material and do not violate laws or standards of public decency in any manner or form;
4. that they have obtained all permissions necessary for their publication;
5. that they indemnify and hold the Organiser harmless from any dispute or liability relating to their photos.
In all cases, the Organiser reserves the right not to display or share photos that are deemed unsuitable or do not meet the above-mentioned criteria.
Personal data processing
The author of the photo is hereby informed that some of their personal data (such as first name, last name, username and Instagram account) will be processed for the purposes of participation in the initiative.
Said personal data are processed for purposes relating to the fulfilment of your request to participate in the initiative in question, on the legal basis of Article 6 (1)(b), GDPR. The provision of data is optional; however, if you fail to provide said data, it will not be possible to fulfil your request. Your photo will be shared on the Cersaie Instagram profile on the basis of your consent, in accordance with Article 6(1)(a), GDPR. Data relating to the photos displayed on the LED wall (username and the photo itself) will be processed solely for the period of the exhibition and for promotional purposes as described above. The data relating to the photos shared on the Cersaie Instagram account (username and the photo itself) will remain visible in accordance with normal social media publication timeframes, at the discretion of the account holder (Edi.Cer. S.p.a.).
The Controller may transmit your data to third parties used to carry out activities and/or services that are necessary or otherwise related to the aforementioned purposes.
