FPET composite panels are very light, composed by an expanded core of PET foam (polyethylene terephthalate) made from recycled bottles.

The panel is coated externally by two fiberglass skins impregnated with a structural epoxy adhesive. The surface finish can be smooth or rough according to the clients’ needs, and, upon request, also micro-perforated. The field of application for this panel is as support for marbles or esthetic stones used for cladding interiors or exteriors, but above all it is intended for floors because, thanks to its great resistance to compression, this panel is suitable for walking over or even passing over with cars. The FPET sandwich panel is also ideal to be used in high humidity environments because of its waterproof properties.
