The Exhibits
Saper Fare |
Cersaie, area 48 |

In the external area 48 at Cersaie, 4 exhibitions dedicated to young designers will be held in a 2,000 sqm green area.
The guiding thread of the whole project, beyond the specific exhibits, is the “workshop”: knowing how to do one’s job well. For the past few years Confindustria Ceramica has been inviting young designers and architects to work concretely on the issues of the town and the territory, because when we talk about living, from homes to infrastructures, the quality of the materials and the deign is always a central theme.
The exhibition has three sections: Fare Architettura, Fare Design, Fare Grafica, set up in restructured containers “sunken” into green areas, linked by ceramic tiles paths and floors.
Modern architecture is a synonym of relationships between landscape and settlement, placing man and his balance with nature at the centre. The landscape which hosts the exhibition is set among Italian greenery and the latest technologies in the garden sector, including hanging installations, green walls, irrigation and nebulisation systems and wooden structures.

This area of the exhibition will be occupied by ceramics installations created by young designers in collaboration with seven ceramics companies, which were previously shown at the “Milan Triennial” during the Salone del Mobile 2010.
The theme of the event is play and gardens: playground and natural inspiration.
Here an area will be dedicated to the historical illustrations of the famous Italian illustrator Emanuele Luzzati, while the installations will be placed in green areas designed and created by professionals and companies working in the sector.
