How does the Agenda work?
The agenda tool has the same structure as the search tool: the exhibitors selected by the search tool and included in the agenda are shown in an alphabetical list. When you click on a company name you can see all the details as given by the exhibitor (address, telephone and so on…) along with the hypertext connection, e-mail address and so forth if given.
The agenda tool acts like a memorandum where you can add the exhibitors you are interested in.
You can add one or more companies to your agenda from:
A - “the selected list of exhibitors”
B - “each company detail”
It is also possible to:
C - delete all the data from your agenda
D - delete a single company from the selected
list of exhibitors
If you wish to store the selected data, you need to export them before closing your Web connection, otherwise you will loose them
How shall i export the data from my agenda?
First click on “export”: a CSV file will be created (compatible with the most used spreadsheet and database programs) with the information concerning the selected list of exhibitors and a dialog box will appear on your screen to let you choose the file name. Please DO NOT CHANGE THE .CSV suffix.
If an antivirus program is installed, this could delay the operation in order to check that the file you are saving does not contain any virus (even if this is not obviously the case). In any case, you should have the save options displayed in less than 2 minutes.
