The purpose of this notice
This page describes the privacy policy of the Internet site www.cersaie.it with regard to the processing of personal data provided by individuals to the Data controller Edicer S.p.a. (details and complete addresses indicated below).
This notice is also given in accordance with the regulations of article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 to parties using the Web services of the Data controller. The notice is also based on Recommendation no. 2/2001 adopted on 17 May 2001 by the European authorities for protection of personal data, assembled in the Group established by way of art. 29 of directive no. 95/46/EC, in order to identify certain minimum requirements for the on-line collection of personal data, and in particular the methods, timeframes and nature of the information that the data controllers are required to provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purpose for which they connected. The notice relates solely to the above-mentioned site and not other websites that users may visit via links.
The processing procedure
The data provided are processed primarily by means of automated tools and only for the purposed indicated and only for the period of time strictly necessary for fulfilling the purposes for which they were obtained.
Specific security measures have been adopted in order to prevent the loss, illegal or improper use of said data as well as unauthorized access.

Rights of the data subject
Parties to whom the personal data refer have the right at all times to obtain confirmation of whether or not said data exists and to be informed of the contents and origin of said data; they also have the right to verify the accuracy of said data and request that it be updated, corrected and supplemented in accordance with art. 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
In accordance with the same article, they also have the right to request that data processed in violation of the law be cancelled, transformed into an anonymous form or blocked and to contest the processing of said data in the case of legitimate motives.

Types of data processed
Navigation data
During the course of normal operation, the computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this website acquire certain personal data though the use of Internet communication protocols.
Such information is not acquired in order to be associated with identified data subjects but due to its nature could enable the users to be identified by means of processing and association with data in the possession of third parties.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used for submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the response given by the server (success, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user's operating system and computer environment.
These data are used solely for obtaining anonymous static information on usage of the website and to verify its correct operation and are deleted immediately after processing. The data may be used for verifying responsibility in the event of hypothetical offences against the site, but apart from this eventuality the web contact data do not at the present time persist for more than seven days.
